At Bellino, every piece is thoughtfully selected, carefully crafted, and prepared to become part of your home.

We believe that choosing furniture should feel as comfortable as living with it. That is why we have created a clear and simple return policy designed to protect both the quality of our products and your experience with Bellino.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

Is unused and in its original condition.
Has not been assembled, modified, altered, or damaged.
Is returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
Is not a customized or specially made-to-order piece.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a return or refund is approved.

Your Order, Our Responsibility

We take great care in preparing every Bellino order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.

Our team will review the case and arrange the most appropriate solution, whether that is a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return & Delivery Costs

For returns requested due to personal preference or a change of mind, applicable return and delivery costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

When a return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, Bellino will cover the applicable return or replacement costs.

Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces

Some Bellino pieces are created specifically according to a customer's selected dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, or other specifications.

Because these pieces are specially prepared for you, customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
